Gr4vy is looking for a hands-on business development leader with passion and
initiative to join the BD team to accelerate Gr4vy’s go-to-market strategy in
the UK and EMEA market. You are a humble leader, capable of not only crafting
strategy, but also getting your hands dirty on complex, first-of-kind deals.
**About The Role**
* Build productive trusted relationships with prospects and clients
* Own end-to-end sales cycle including owning the account relationship for first 12 months from go-live
* Deliver on revenue targets and support OKRs for growth
* Uncovering customer pain points and needs as their payments thought-partner
* Effectively collaborate with the NA and ANZ BD team and work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Gr4vy’s product roadmap to meet customer needs
**About You**
* Knowledge and enthusiasm for Gr4vy’s capabilities and payments orchestration
* Track record of selling complex ecommerce and new payment solutions to merchants
* Proven ability to build and execute sales plans to exceed quota through prospecting, partnering, building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and provide accurate forecasting while closing sales opportunities
* Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
* Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility - high EQ and self-awareness
* Collaborative attitude and ability to communicate concisely as you iterate with our product, engineering and marketing teams
