Job Description:
We are on the hunt for an exceptionally driven Senior Full-Stack Engineer to
become a foundational member of our team. As a pivotal player in our growth
journey, you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of our
data-driven and LLM-based core algorithms and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust solutions in collaboration with the CTO and engineering team.
2. Address and resolve the unique challenges of delivering enterprise LLM applications.
3. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software that aligns with the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React for the frontend and Python for the backend.
2. Design and implement efficient databases, including schema design and optimization.
3. Collaborate with other members of the company to define and implement new features and enhancements.
4. Ensure the performance, security, and maintainability of our applications and services.
5. Deploy and manage applications on Azure, leveraging Docker for containerization.
6. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
9. Be willing to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3. Solid experience with backend development using Python and related frameworks.
4. Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
5. Experience with Azure and Docker for deployment and containerization.
6. Strong skills in algorithm design and the ability to solve complex problems using efficient algorithms.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company.
10. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
11. Experience with and using Chat GPT and other LLMs.
Bonus:
* Prior experience working on SaaS products is a plus.
* Prior founding engineer or founder experience is a plus.
