Growth
Marketing Manager to join our rock-star team and spearhead efforts to scale
our user
base and drive the company’s growth.
-Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth Planning: a. Develop and implement effective growth marketing strategies to acquire new users and retain existing ones.
2. Growth Product Management: a. Conversion rate optimization, analyze the traffic funnel, and identify growth opportunities. b. Work closely with the content and development teams to create A/B tests to improve the funnel and analyze results.
3. Performance Marketing: a. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels such as: Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, Taboola, and more. b. Monitor ROI and KPIs, adjusting budgets and tactics to maximize results.
4. Lifecycle Marketing: a. Launch and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns including email to engage, nurture, and retain customers. b. Analyze user behavior and feedback to enhance the overall product experience.
5. Content and SEO: a. Collaborate with team to produce valuable and relevant content ads for target audiences. b. Drive organic growth through search engine optimization best practices.
-Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus.
2. Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in growth marketing or similar roles, preferably within the fintech sector.
3. Proficient in performance marketing, A/B testing, SEO, and analytics tools.
4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and patterns.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
6. Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
