This position is envisaged to be a cofounder opportunity with compensation
primarily in the form of equity.

As Channel AE you will have the same incentive milestones as other management
team members.

### Synopsis

**Position**

This individual will create relationships with new channel partners, and
support partner success to grow ACV.
_This is a sales oriented role._

We are dedicated to channel sales and do not sell direct.

**Required**

* B2B sales experience
* Technology or compliance sales

**Preferred**

* Channel sales (B2B2B)
* Cybersecurity or compliance sales
* SaaS sales
* Worked with or for MSPs (Managed Service Providers)
* Service-business revenue models (our Customers)

**Compensation**

* Equity focused comp
* Low on salary
* Bonus incentives and/or commissions possible

This position's compensation will be heavily centered on equity, and other
performance incentives, there is no hard limit or maximum on upside.

We want our earners aligned with our success, and empowered to grow their
share.

### Summary

**Job Overview**

Our inbound funnel is churning leads, and our outbound prospectors are finding
too many great untouched targets for the founding team to handle.

We need help converting our Sales Qualified Leads into actionable
Opportunities and Closed Deals.

Strong commission-based incentives and draws will be the core of your
compensation, and we’re offering equity participation to the most valuable
team members.

**About Us**

We’re a channel-aligned B2B2B SaaS startup selling cyber risk management
software. We partner with our customers to help them build great cybersecurity
businesses.

We work with outsourced IT or security/compliance firms like Managed Service
Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and
cybersecurity audit and advisory (GRC) firms. We are not targeting direct
enterprise business.

Our solution leads directly to customer revenue opportunities, and our targets
are motivated by industry competitive trends.

**Company Needs**

We’ve got a great machine incorporating tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and HubSpot CRM … but we are a low-automation shop and prefer the human touch
to develop strong long-lasting customer relationships.

Willingness to research the target company & contact, perform hands-on
outbound calling, and pursue electronic interest via email and direct message
are all a must. We do not utilize contract SDR outreach.

* Develop interest from targeted accounts

* Work to carry opportunities all the way to the contract line

* Participate in lead qualification refinement and targeting
* Support partner ACV growth over their first year
* Help direct and grow our sales team

* Channel Partnership & Distribution (upstream and/or downstream)
* Subscription software (SaaS)
