**What You’ll Do**
We are looking for a few great product engineers (backend software engineers
that love building products) to join us in creating the next generation of our
over-the-phone voice assistant.
At Flip, you'll create user experiences, features, and oversee whole segments
of the Flip assistant. You'll also get into the data, listen to our customers,
and help shape the direction of the product. We have a few excellent senior
engineers already on the team, one of which will become your direct mentor!
**Who You Are, As An Engineer**
* Good on the backend, with (at least a bit of) Python experience - we're almost all backend here, because voice products have no GUI!
* Your engineering level: early mid-level up to 'nearing senior in a year or two'
* The product is what we're working on - not theoretical engineering perfection! :)
* You care about the customer
