Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of payments and financial solutions for
the Managed IT Services (MSP) industry. FlexPoint has raised $7.4M in seed
funding from top tier venture investors to date and is a fast growing startup
with employees distributed across the United States.

Are you ready to take charge of growth and make a real impact? As FlexPoint's
Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead our demand generation efforts across
digital and event channels, including campaigns, paid ads, and both in-person
and remote events. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be a key player in
expanding our market presence, fine-tuning customer acquisition strategies,
and driving scalable growth. This position is a remote role, and the applicant
should be based in the U.S.

**Responsibilities**

* Crafting Growth Strategies: You’ll design and execute dynamic growth strategies that align with FlexPoint’s business objectives. Collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Manager and Sales team to create campaigns that hit the mark every time.
* Driving Demand Gen: Develop and implement innovative Demand Gen strategies to engage high-value accounts, working hand-in-hand with sales to ensure alignment and success.
* Lead Nurturing Guru: Transform cold leads into sales-ready opportunities with strategic nurturing that warms up prospects at just the right time.
* Data-Driven Insights: Use your analytical prowess to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and continuously improve our strategies.
* Event Maestro: Manage and promote major industry events, making FlexPoint a standout name in the IT and MSP space.
* Campaign Optimization: Launch, manage, and refine campaigns to ensure maximum impact, making data-driven adjustments that accelerate conversions.
* Performance Reporter: Keep stakeholders in the loop with detailed performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating successes.
* Innovative Marketer: Experiment with new ideas for lead and pipeline generation across channels, including advertising, partnerships, customer-led growth, outbound, ABM, events, and conversion rate optimization.
* Mastering Paid Ads: Lead the charge in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across PPC and social media, driving engagement, reach, and conversions.

**Requirements**

* A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
* 4+ years of experience in a startup marketing role, covering Campaigns, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, etc.
* Hands-on digital marketing expertise with a strong technical background in emails, events, webinars, ads (social and search) – and a passion to learn more.
* Stellar analytical and reporting skills to measure and communicate demand generation success.
* Proficiency with leading marketing tools like HubSpot, Monday.com, and others.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
* Strong project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
* A proven track record in delivering results within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
* Bonus points for experience with Webflow, GA4, and data analytics.
