As Flash continues to grow globally, we are seeking a Business Director to
lead our US operations. The Business Director will be a crucial driving force
in achieving our strategic goals, managing day-to-day operations, representing
Flash & overseeing all aspects of Flash’s US business - while being
responsible for setting up the US operations, driving customer growth and
business P&L.
Core requirements and responsibilities include:
Business Strategy & Growth:
* Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the US market that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives
* Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and develop brand positioning & market entry strategy
* Work closely with product & tech stakeholders to define product strategy & innovations
Operations Management
* Setup the US business operations for Flash
* Ensure the company's operations and practices adhere to all legal requirements and compliance guidelines.
* Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including business development, marketing, finance, human resources, customer service etc
Team Leadership and Development:
* Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team
* Build & evangelize the Flash culture in the US team
Sales & Marketing:
* Develop a brand strategy to maximize customer delight & business monetisation
* Build & nurture partnerships with the top brands in the US
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
* Own the customer acquisition & retention funnel for the US
Financial Management:
* Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize profitability and cost efficiency
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards Product Management
Customer Success:
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the company's products and services
* Ensure a positive customer experience through a strong customer feedback & resolution mechanism
