##### Job Description :
The Supply Chain Analyst will be part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Team.
This CI leads and supports the delivery of programs and projects to
continuously improve people, operational processes, and technology to align
with business strategies. The Supply Chain Analyst will be working closely
with the transport operations to ensure proper business requirements are
understood. This role will be responsible to ensure a high quality of master
data for the company’s Transport Management System (TMS) and to continuously
improve the data quality of Key Performance Indicators in Power BI reports.
##### **Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
* This role is for individuals who have a passion for analysing data with the aim of generating operational, tactical, and strategic insights through collaboration and business understanding with key stakeholders.
* Basic understanding of transport operational business, with strong relationship building and communication skills.
* Must have a passion for data and visualisation tools such as Power BI
* Collaborate well with Data Engineers/Data Ops team to build tools, dashboards and automate processes or tasks.
* Work with key stakeholders to understand the business problem/requirement and translate this into a technical specification/requirement (storyboarding).
* Work with the Ops team to improve on data visualization and reporting capability of the company to enable decision making in operations.
* Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
* Good understanding of Programming languages such as SQL, DAX, Python
* Ad hoc data analysis, queries, report generation and business support
* Dashboard and reports creation
* Solution/process design and implementation
* Transportation modelling and optimisation
* Automation of processes
##### **Qualification Requirements**
* Minimum Qualification – Relevant Data-related or Supply Chain Degree
* Preferred Qualification – Industrial Engineering/Supply chain/Logistics
* Graduates with 1 - 2 years’ experience in supply chain and logistics
* Passionate for Logistics/Transport environment
* Basic knowledge of data warehouses and the Data Ops process
