**Role Overview:**
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to
potential clients, and closing deals. This role operates on a 100% commission
basis, offering a tiered commission structure based on the value of the
services sold.
**Average Expected Earnings:**
Based on the performance of our current sales team, the average annual earning
for this role ranges from $45,000 to $70,000, with top performers earning over
$100,000.

_Up to $999/month Sale:_
Monthly: 10% commission (up to $99.90)
Annually: Up to $1,198.80 (based on a 12-month contract)
_$1,000 to $1,999/month Sale:_
Monthly: 12% commission ($120 to $239.88)
Annually: $1,440 to $2,878.56 (based on a 12-month contract)
_$2,000 to $9,999/month Sale:_
Monthly: 15% commission ($300 to $1,499.85)
Annually: $3,600 to $17,998.20 (based on a 12-month contract)
_$10,000/month and Above Sale:_
Monthly: 18% commission (starting from $1,800)
Annually: Starting from $21,600 (based on a 12-month contract)
**Residual Commissions:**
Earn a 5% commission on retainers or renewals for up to one year.
Example: For a $999/month retainer, you'd earn a monthly commission of $49.95
or up to $599.40 annually.
**Bonuses & Incentives:**

additional $500 for every $50,000 in sales achieved in a month.

**Responsibilities:**
* Generate and manage your own leads.
* Reach out to potential clients using your own phone.
* Articulate the benefits of our services and close deals.
* Use the provided company email for all official communications.
* Stay updated with the latest sales training and support provided by FSM.
**Qualifications:**
* Previous sales experience is essential.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with a high level of motivation and resilience.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
* Familiarity with the branding and marketing industry is a plus.
