join our team and drive the development of our platform to new heights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Technical Leadership:** As a Technical Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of Field. You will lead the technical development of the platform, including overseeing the architecture, development, and deployment of our web and mobile applications.
* **Product Development:** Collaborate closely with the team to translate the vision into a reality. You will be responsible for creating and managing the development roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of new functionalities.
* **Team Building:** As part of the founding team, you will have the opportunity to recruit and build a talented technical team. You'll be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing developers as the company grows.
* **Technology Stack:** Select and implement the appropriate technology stack, frameworks, and tools to ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the Field platform.
* **Code Quality and Best Practices:** Establish coding standards, best practices, and quality control processes to maintain a high level of code quality, security, and reliability.
* **Scalability and Performance Optimization:** Continuously optimize the platform for scalability and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience even as user numbers grow.
* **Data Management:** Implement data analytics and management tools to gather insights, track user behavior, and make data-driven decisions to improve the platform.
* **Security and Privacy:** Ensure the platform's security, user data privacy, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a technical leader in a startup or software development environment, with a track record of successful project delivery.
* Strong expertise in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
* Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
* Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) is a plus.
* Familiarity with video-sharing platforms, social media, or sports-related tech is advantageous.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
