We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help us scale even faster online and
become a core member of our brand and team. If you're seeking a fun, creative,

**Responsibilities
* Marketing angle testing and script engaging content.
* Sourcing and managing talented creators to create engaging, performance-focused content.
* Work with our media buyer to scale ad accounts on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
* Optimizing store website and landing pages for conversion rates, AOV, etc.
* Constant testing and iteration of our ads and marketing funnel to drive incremental growth.
**Qualifications
* Ran Growth Marketing at a consumer-facing DTC brand generating $1M+ / month in sales.
* Avid consumer of _good_ content that breaks through the noise.
* Experience working in fast-paced startup environment.
* You're organized, data-driven, and always testing to see what works.
