**Job Summary**

This position can be remote, and is initially contract-to-hire. As the first
Social Media Manager at FANG, you will be an integral part of our ambitious
and creative marketing team, responsible for developing and executing
innovative social media and community strategies that captivate our audience
and drive brand awareness. We're looking for a savvy social media guru who can
elevate FANG's presence on various platforms and cultivate an engaged and
loyal community of followers. If you're passionate about crafting compelling

**Responsibilities**

* **Social Media Strategy:** Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with FANG's brand identity and marketing objectives. Leverage industry trends and consumer insights to create cutting-edge campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
* **Content Creation:** Create visually captivating and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external partners to produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics.
* Community Management: Nurture and grow FANG's social media community by fostering two-way communication. Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and direct messages, ensuring a positive and authentic brand experience for our followers. *** Influencer Partnerships:** Identify and build strong relationships with relevant influencers and content creators who align with FANG's brand values. Collaborate with them to amplify our reach and impact through strategic partnerships and sponsored content.
* **Social Media Analytics:** Analyze social media metrics and performance data regularly to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and make recommendations to the broader marketing team.
* Paid Social Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and boosting conversions.
* **Social Media Trends:** Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively identify emerging platforms and features to leverage new opportunities for FANG's growth.
* **Crisis Management:** Handle social media crisis situations professionally and efficiently, employing tactful communication to resolve issues while safeguarding the brand's reputation.

**Requirements**

* **Experience:** Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within the beverage, lifestyle, or related industry. Experience with early-stage startups will be a significant advantage.
* **Passion for the Brand** : Demonstrated passion for the beverage and lifestyle industry, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for FANG's vision and mission.
* **Social Media Expertise:** Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms, including their algorithms, tools, and best practices for content optimization and engagement.
* **Content Creation Skills:** Proficient in creating visually compelling content using graphic design tools, photo/video editing software, and an eye for aesthetics.
* **Strategic Thinker:** Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and improve social media performance.
* **Creativity:** A creative thinker who can develop innovative and attention-grabbing social media campaigns that set FANG apart from competitors.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy and communicate the brand's voice consistently across different platforms.
* **Influencer Relations:** Experience in managing influencer relationships and campaigns, with a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends.
* **Adaptability:** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, where priorities may shift rapidly, and creativity is encouraged.
* **Bachelor 's Degree**
