**Job Description:**
As a Sales Consultant at FactoryJet, you will be responsible for driving
revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and cultivating
relationships with large enterprises. This is a commission-based role with no
fixed salary, offering the opportunity for unlimited earning potential based
on your performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and objectives.
* Present tailored solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling to medium to large enterprises.
* Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Experience selling technology products and solutions is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
* Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by achievement.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
