We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and creative Business
Development Leader with a track record of developing B2B partnerships, deals,
and sales. Experience working in a startup environment and/or selling to large
name-brand retailers is a big plus. This person will work directly with the
founding team and CEO, helping to refine Eyebot’s strategy, business
development, sales pitches, and lead our go-to-market efforts.

* Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our automated vision care solutions, ensuring successful pilot development and market penetration.
* Identify and pursue strategic B2B partnerships and pilots with major retailers, clinics, shopping centers, and other key stakeholders in the vision care ecosystem.
* Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product positioning and messaging.
* Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify new opportunities, refine product features, and ensure seamless integration with our partners.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B customers, fostering long-term relationships to drive business growth.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.

* Bachelor's degree is a minimum. We strongly weigh past entrepreneurial accomplishments over school pedigree. An MBA is a plus but not necessary.
* 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the consumer hardware development, robotics, or vision care industries.
* Proven track record of success in startups, including making deals with B2B retailer brands and setting go-to-market strategies.
* Strong working knowledge of hardware product development.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* A passion for innovation and a willingness to deeply understand vision care.
* Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, and conferences.
