**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to
lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of Euclid Protocol. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in Web3 and DeFi marketing, with a
proven track record of building brand awareness and achieving impactful
results in the blockchain space.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
* Brand Management: Oversee the creation and management of the Euclid Protocol brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
* Content Marketing: Lead the development of high-quality content that educates and engages our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
* Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant community around Euclid Protocol, engaging with users, developers, and stakeholders through various channels.
* Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
* Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the reach and impact of Euclid Protocol.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
* Fundraising Support: Play a pivotal role in supporting fundraising efforts, including the upcoming seed round, by crafting compelling narratives and marketing materials.
* Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

* 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Web3 space.
* Proven track record of successfully driving brand awareness and user acquisition for DeFi products.
* Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
