**Your role:**

As a Marketing Manager, you will work alongside senior leadership to develop
and implement marketing initiatives that drive the commercial success of
Estateably. Specifically, this means participating in elaborating on the high-
level marketing strategy and being accountable for its implementation via
component programs, campaigns, channels, and tactics.

Your primary focus will be on achieving lead generation, scalability, and
growth goals while managing the day-to-day operations of all marketing
activities, coordinating with external agencies on various projects, and
overseeing our social media strategies. Additionally, you will leverage
industry best practices to optimize marketing performance and ensure our
marketing programs' scalability and continuous improvement.

**What you’ll do:**

* Own the living master calendar of all marketing and sales enablement channels & tactics.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and harmonize their activities, ensuring effective communication and alignment with Estateably’s goals, working closely with them to review and optimize performance outcomes.
* Maintain our robust content pipeline, managing the relevant editorial calendars to ensure alignment with sales, demand, and lead-generation efforts.
* Implement customer-centric initiatives aimed at driving renewals and retention.
* Strategically communicate Estateably’s features and benefits to internal and external audiences through various channels.
* Work with the CMO, COO, Sales, and Product teams to plan, coordinate, and execute Go-to-Market strategies for product and feature launches.
* Adapt and refine the messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
* Review press releases, customer updates, and client-facing communication, ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging.
* Collaborate with the agency responsible for optimizing the company website to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
* Lead inbound and outbound marketing campaigns under the guidance and in collaboration with the COO and CMO, focusing on generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth.
* Plan and execute webinars, and contribute to the planning of in-person events, such as trade shows, utilizing a full range of tools and tactics to support such events.
* Report on the performance of marketing campaigns, events and initiatives to key stakeholders and leadership, providing structured data, insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Focus on automating marketing operations where possible, continuously enhancing and refining future strategies based on performance insights.
* Attend and participate in weekly departmental lead meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making.
* Lead a team of marketing associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting team members’ professional development.
* Ensure open lines of communication with the CMO and COO, conducting all marketing activities under their guidance and support, emphasizing collaboration and active involvement.
* Collaborate with CMO, COO and CFO to determine marketing budget allocations.

**Desired skill set:**

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar
* A minimum of 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with proven expertise in driving lead generation and revenue growth in a startup environment
* Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts to support company growth
* Experience in the legal industry will be considered an asset
* Demonstrated experience in project management, with a focus on driving initiatives from conception to completion while meeting deadlines and objectives
* Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills, with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently, managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with HubSpot
