**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and eager Software Engineer to join our growing
team. As a crucial member of our development team, you will play a key role in
designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems that power our ML
driven applications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is
passionate about AI and eager to contribute to groundbreaking projects while
learning from tenured engineers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop scalable backend systems that support our applications.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and industry standards.
* Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability to handle large-scale data and ensure real-time responsiveness.
* Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation in production environments.
* Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in backend development and ML to propose innovative solutions.
* Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical roadmap of our products.
* Work closely with ML Engineers, co-founders, and other team members to integrate backend services seamlessly.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
* 2+ years of hands on experience in backend software development with proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
* Familiarity with web frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring Boot).
* Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
