EcoMap Technologies, a tech company specializing in creating data-aggregation
tools to support business ecosystems, is seeking a talented Full Stack
Developer to join our team. We provide a hybrid work environment, with two
days (Monday, Wednesday) in the office and three days remote, providing the
perfect balance of collaborative and independent work.
**Job Description:**
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing front-end
web architecture, backend database architecture, ensuring the responsiveness
of applications, and working alongside UI/UX designers to build web
application features, among other duties. You will be involved in all stages
of product development and have a direct impact on our overall user
experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Designing and developing APIs
* Meeting both technical and consumer needs
* Developing front-end website architecture using JavaScript frameworks like React/Vue
* Developing back-end website applications
* Creating servers and databases for functionality
* Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
* Ensuring responsiveness of applications
* Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
* Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
**Requirements**
**Skills and Qualifications:**
* 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
* Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
* Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python
* Use of automative & assistive development tools such as Copilot
* Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Good problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP is highly desirable
* Experience with LLMs or ChatGPT is highly desirable
* Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
