**Job Summary:** Our company is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable ERP
Analyst with expertise in Infor Cloud Suite Industrial to join our team. As an
ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for creating workflows, providing
general support and generating reports.
**Essential Job Functions:**
• Create and maintain workflows for various departments to ensure efficient
operations
• Provide general support to end-users to troubleshoot and resolve ERP system
issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and
implement solutions
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve system utilization Ensure
compliance with all local and state posting requirements.
• Assists and collaborates closely with General Manager and/or Plant manager
and supervisors with issues and special projects requested for Operations.
• Assists CHRO and Corporate HR Manager as needed with issues, reports, and
special projects.
• Assists in planning and running employee appreciation events.
**Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionality
• Experience with workflow creation, general support and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
**Physical Requirements:**
• Office environment
_The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually.
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the
position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors
including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as
geographic location._
