**Job Description:**
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our small, but
growing founding-team. The successful candidate will possess the skills to
build, manage, and improve our platform. You will be instrumental in the
development, expansion, and maintenance of our core product.
**Responsibilities:**
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Guide API and microservices strategy to keep up with growth
Implement, test, and deploy blockchain functionalities.
Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
Proficient knowledge in Nextjs, Nodejs.
Experience with Cloud native deployments (AWS EC2, Lightsail, Vercel).
Strong understanding of Elasticsearch and preferably MongoDB.
Knowledge of Golang and Python/pytorch is a bonus.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Able to create schemas that represent and support business processes.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Familiarity with any blockchain environment and a keen interest in the
permanent web.
**Compensation:**
Compensation for this position will be paid entirely in equity, determined
based on the candidate's experience and potential value to the company.
