workforces, bringing an app-less and digital wallet-native service for
companies to engage employees with brand messaging, rewards, access cards and

The roadmap for 2024 is focused on the idea of using our core digital
credential card offering as a base to introduce expanding data analytics and
interoperable data services for our users and clients.
**Responsibilities**
* Communicate and work alongside co-founders and key product leaders to scope and architect new features in an Agile environment
* Hands-on development of new front-end/back-end services for the Doorway platform
* Oversee and execute feature development through the Software Development Life Cycle
* Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
* Ownership over internal tools and required infrastructure
* Defining and setting development, test, release, update and support processes for DevOps operation
* Incidence management and root cause analysis
* Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
* Performing vulnerability and risk management assessments to uphold cybersecurity
* Contribute drive, initiative, and determination to set a precedent as we grow our team
**Requirements**
* 4+ years experience working in an engineering role.
* Strong experience with DevOps and frontend.
* Comfortable being the lead stakeholder on integrations and technical partnerships.
* Fluency in Python. Additionally, we use Flask, Postgres, Huey and Redis in our back-end stack.
* Experience with AWS and familiarity with different services (EC2, S3, CloudFormation, ECS)
* Experience in DevOps and Agile principles; Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure, configuring and managing databases such as MySQL & Mongo, and a working knowledge of open-source technologies, cloud services, and other DevOps tools such as Kubernetes and Ansible.
* Familiarity with CI processes via Github Actions + CD pipelines is a plus
* Bonus: Familiarity with Stripe, Google Pay for Passes, Apple Wallet, Apple Push Notification Service (APNS)
