Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to develop and implement high-quality software solutions.
* Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient and scalable back-end systems and APIs using Django and Python.
* Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code to ensure the overall performance, security, and maintainability of the software.
* Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
* Work closely with the team to identify and understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Collaborate in the planning and estimation of development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in back-end development, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance our products.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Back-End Developer, with a strong focus on Django and Python.
* Proficiency in Django, including experience with Django ORM, Django REST Framework, and other related libraries and tools.
* Solid understanding of web application architecture, design principles, and best practices.
* Strong knowledge of Python programming language and its ecosystem.
* Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative coding workflows.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their integration with back-end systems.
* Understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL.
* Knowledge of software testing methodologies and experience in writing unit tests.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS.
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
