Role Description
DocDraft is looking for a Founding Engineer to join our team and create
groundbreaking products within the expansive legal services industry.
Reporting to the CTO, you'll have a hands-on role in product development and
decision-making processes. This role suits an innovative engineer seeking to
shape legal technology's future. With our strong focus on cutting-edge AI, we
offer our team exposure to advanced models and best practices. This is more

In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with our co-founders to craft and
execute product strategies that drive exponential growth. You'll work across
the entire user journey, from acquisition to retention and engagement,
ensuring our product is not only powerful but also intuitive and enjoyable to
use.
Here are examples of the projects you might work on:
* Leading the charge on our Multimodal RAG pipeline: Refine and optimize this core technology, ensuring it delivers the most accurate and relevant document insights for our users.
* Transforming user edits into actionable insights: Turn every edit and interaction in our document editor into valuable feedback that fuels our AI model's learning and evolution.
* Collaborating across teams: Partner seamlessly with engineering, marketing, and product teams to integrate growth initiatives into every aspect of DocDraft.ai.
* Staying ahead of the curve: As an avid learner, you'll continuously explore and implement the latest growth marketing trends and technologies.
