### **About This Role**

In our quest to make the home-buying process more accessible, we are seeking a
dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is
pivotal in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with
real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals. The
ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the
real estate industry, and the ability to deliver outstanding service to our
clients.

**Please note:** Sales experience specifically within the title or escrow
sectors is required.

We have a documented equal pay policy and do not negotiate on offers. To
maintain fairness and keep starting total comp the same for anyone who comes
into that position, individual pay is determined by role, level, and work
location only. At the offer stage, we give candidates 3 different offers to
choose from depending on how they want to favor cash vs equity. The US-based
salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 + commission + equity +
benefits.

### **Responsibilities:**

Prospecting and Lead Generation

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate community.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

Relationship Management

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other industry stakeholders.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and prospective clients.
* Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to promote our services.

Marketing and Promotion

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
* Utilize social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to promote our services and generate leads.
* Participate in the creation of promotional materials and sales collateral.

Reporting and Analysis

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
* Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

### **Skills & Experience:**

* 3+ years of proven sales success in the title or escrow sectors.
* Existing book of business and a proven track record of building client relationships.
* Strong understanding of the real estate market and title insurance products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
