We seek a professional experienced in designing, developing, managing, and
enhancing APIs and related systems. The ideal candidate will have the insight
to adapt to evolving requirements and features while adhering to industry best
practices. With our market position and solutions established, we're poised to
elevate our offering through feature innovation and scalability enhancement.
We're a small, efficient team so you'll be able to get your hands dirty in
many areas and be directly in charge of large parts of the product. We're
looking for good quality, all-around engineers that can find quick/creative
solutions to tackle problems big and small.
Our stack is Python/Flask/MySQL on Heroku.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Managing event data integrations (via API / web scraping)
* Internal tools development (e.g. event review system upgrade)
* Supporting lead engineer (code reviews, on-call rotations, etc.)
**Required**
* Significant experience developing RESTful APIs/apps or related systems using Python, Flask, MySQL
* Experience developing APIs & 3rd party integrations
* Proficient w ChatGPT/OpenAI/AI Tools
* Agile experience
**Desired**
* Experience supporting large scale, high traffic, cloud-based services
* Client/Customer Engagement
* Interest in nightlife, clubs, and electronic music is definitely a plus!
