**About the Role:**
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving
strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and facilitating the
adoption of our Web3 and FinTech solutions. You will be responsible for
sourcing new business opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing
high-value strategic partnerships. Your efforts will be pivotal in expanding
our reach and influence within the blockchain and financial technology
sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead Generation & Qualification:
-Manage the qualification and placement of inbound leads
-Develop new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails/calls/campaigns and -lead follow-ups
Maintain and improve the prospect database
Client Development and Management:
-Source, conduct due diligence, and execute high-value strategic partnerships with neobanks, payments apps, trading apps, and other fintechs around the globe, particularly in emerging markets
-Communicate daily with partners via calls, emails, and messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram, Slack)
-Negotiate business terms and dissect contracts with strategic technology partners
-Progress strategic clients' education and understanding of our products and services

-Collaborate with clients in their migration to our platform and network deployment, facilitate B2B/partner marketing
Strategic Initiatives:
-Define and lead new initiatives within the partnerships team to expand our ecosystem's reach
-Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and competitor offers
-Assist in shaping our product strategy by collecting external feedback and relaying it to internal stakeholders
-Collaborate internally to drive product feature development and growth
**Requirements:**
-Proven track record of working with C-level stakeholders and managing strategic relationships
-Strong technical understanding of blockchain and financial technologies
-Strong understanding of product/market fit and the ability to perform high-level gap analysis on inbound customer leads
-Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to close complex partnerships
-Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - additional languages and international sales experience a plus
-Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences
-Previous work experience with a high-growth FinTech/Blockchain company is a plus
-Wide professional network and high reputation in the FinTech and/or Web3 industries
**Preferred Requirements:**
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
-5+ years of experience in Business Development or Head of Sales role
-Experience in full-cycle B2B sales process, including onboarding and integration, and partnership management
-Project Management experience advantageous
-Experience in selling API solutions
-Adept at building solutions that drive growth
