### The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Lead Frontend Engineer to
join our dynamic and high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have 4+
years of experience, with at least 3 years of leading frontend engineering
teams, and a strong background in working on production-quality codebases
using React/Next.js for responsive web applications.

As the Lead Frontend Engineer, you will spearhead the frontend engineering
team and managing a team of talented frontend engineers. Staying abreast of
the latest cutting-edge technologies, you will play a critical role in
delivering innovative solutions to fuel our growth.

### Key Requirements

* Demonstrated experience leading a frontend team, designing scalable codebases, and adhering to best development practices
* In-depth knowledge of the latest cutting-edge technologies and libraries with potential for integration into our tech stack
* Proficiency in Next.js & experience with Tailwind or Chakra UI
* Familiarity with Vercel and its serverless functions
* Proficient in React hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo) and context API4
* Expertise in state management using Zustand
* Background in Web3.js or Ethers.js
* Understanding of DeFi projects such as Compound, Uniswap, and similar ventures

### Bonus Points:

* Experience with Vim/Emacs
* Enthusiasm for Arch Linux
