As the Marketing Manager/Director, you will be responsible for leading and
managing the overall marketing efforts of D&D. You will be developing and
implementing marketing strategies that align with
the company's goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain company branding
* Create all marketing materials, create and generate website content, maintain SEO
* Create social media content, press releases and other outreach content in accordance with company branding
* Write and maintain all blog material with the help of other team members
* Create customer presentations for business development
* Coordinate all international and domestic trade shows; including setup, registration, attendee preparations and support all exhibitions with booth content, graphics, and promotional items
* Be willing/able to travel nationally and/or internationally as required
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing roles. Aerospace and Defense experience not necessary, nor preferred.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across various channels.
* Proven experience with SEO optimization, email marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, graphic design and creation, social media management, launch campaigns, community management and event/experiential marketing
* Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
* Ability to drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
