**Role Overview:**
As the Head of Engineering at Daylight Energy, you will lead all technical
development efforts, spanning our frontend consumer-facing products to our
backend architecture. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of
our platform and ensuring we deliver a seamless experience to our users.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and mentor a dynamic team of engineers, ensuring high-quality code and timely product releases.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the technical roadmap.
* Oversee the development of our consumer-facing products and backend systems.
* Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our platform.
* Stay updated with the latest technological trends and integrate them into our products where relevant.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in a senior engineering role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies.
* Experience with energy-related products or platforms is a plus.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for renewable energy and a vision for a sustainable future.
