**The job:**
We're seeking an Account Executive to be the leading force that fuels our
growing client relationships at our rapidly growing startup. Our ideal
candidate is a skilled communicator, passionate about customer service, and
focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

**The role:**

* Build and maintain lasting relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs, goals and ambitions
* Manage communication between upper management and employees
* Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
* Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.
* Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines.

**What weโ€™re looking for:**

* Great written and oral communication skills, both internally and externally
* A creative, hands-on problem solver
* A quick study โ€“ able to pick up and cope with change quickly
* Entrepreneurial spirit and โ€œcan doโ€ attitude
* History of selling to and/or working with nonprofits or museums is a plus, but not required.
* At least 1 year of formal sales experience

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
* Native proficiency in English written and speaking
* Comfortable and confident on phone calls
