fleets. We provide the right vehicles for the job, customized charging
solutions, reliable installers, maintenance for both vehicles and chargers,
and the electricity needed to power fleet vehicles - all for a single, fixed
monthly price. The best part - we do all of this while saving customers 15-30%
compared to the cost of owning and operating their existing fleet. We deliver
to customers the fuel and maintenance savings inherent in electric vehicles,
and provide the advantages of economies of scale and preferred pricing
typically reserved for much larger fleets.

**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Revenue Officer to
join our dynamic team. As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible
for leading and managing our sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand
our customer base. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing
sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and
fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your goal will be to
accelerate the adoption of electric fleet solutions by positioning
CURRENTfleet as the go-to provider in the small and medium business market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement the overall global sales strategy and tactical plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
* Serve as a β€œplayer-coach,” driving high priority customer sales of your own while also taking on strategy leadership and team management
* Grow, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to optimize individual and team performance.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential customers, including small and medium businesses.
* Collaborate closely with the internal and outsourced marketing stakeholders to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials to support lead generation and conversion.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and key accounts to enhance brand visibility and drive sales opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements, ensuring CURRENTfleet remains at the forefront of the industry.
* Establish and maintain robust sales metrics and reporting systems to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.

**Competencies for Success:**

* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the automotive, fleet, or energy industry.
* Deep understanding of the sales process, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, identify market opportunities, and drive innovation.
* Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong business acumen, including financial literacy and the ability to analyze sales data to inform decision-making.
* Knowledge of electric vehicles, charging installations, and sustainability initiatives is a plus.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible positions.
* Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
* Experience in the automotive, fleet, or energy industry is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
* Strong network within the fleet industry and/or small and medium business owners is advantageous.
