**About the Role** :
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Director of Client Sales to
join our rapidly growing sales and product marketing agency. As a senior
leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future
of Covert Ventures and our clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker
with a proven track record of driving sales excellence and client
satisfaction.

**Responsibilities** :
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and
meet client objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Consultants, providing guidance and
support to ensure client success.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding
their unique needs and goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless
client experience and drive client satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, startup best practices, and the competitive
landscape, using this knowledge to inform client strategies.
Research and analyze customer needs and potential markets to identify and
capitalize on new business opportunities
Employ a variety of growth techniques to identify, target, and engage
prospective customers
Understand and address customer pain points through tailored solutions
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of high-level sales experience, with a proven track record
of success in a SaaS startup environment.
Proficiency with sales CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
platforms.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities, effective multitasking, and a results-driven
mindset.
Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
