### What we’re building
We are fundamentally changing the way IT teams work by giving them a single
place to manage their entire organization; an IT command center. AI is a
critical piece of what we’re building - it’s what enables admins to actually
take actions and automate tasks, but we don’t view ourselves as just an AI
company. We view AI as the wedge that allows us to build an exponentially
better solution that wouldn’t otherwise be possible.
You can think of Console as broadly helping IT teams do 3 things:
* **Command:** Each IT admin has their own AI agent that they can command to automate entire workflows across all of their systems, apps, and devices
* **Observe:** We natively integrate into all IT infrastructure, giving teams full visibility into their organization
* **Detect:** Console detects incidents and issues before they occur, empowering IT teams to fix problems before users are impacted
In order to do all of this, we needed a way to stitch and correlate all IT
data together. When an organization joins Console, we ingest all of their IT
data, and generate a global IT schema for their organization.
### Who we are
Before starting Console, we (Andrei & Alexander) started an application
security company, sold enterprise contracts worth several million dollars over
the course of 3 years and eventually sold our company to Rippling in 2022.

### What you’ll do
* Design, architect and build out a greenfield SaaS application with a tight-knit team of very talented engineers
* Build out the platform & tools that enable product engineers to deploy features
* Work directly with the founders / designer / AI engineers to build an AI-first platform, with a focus on simplicity, quality, and scalability
* Help build out the engineering organization, standards and tooling
* Work and iterate directly with customers to understand their needs
### Who you are
* 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a passion for systems, backend, and infrastructure
* Expert in at least one backend/systems language (e.g, Node, Go, Rust, C++, etc)
* Strong understanding of databases and system design
* Experience with hybrid SSR and SPAs
* Good balance between shipping high quality features, while also shipping fast & often
* Experience working with authz/authn
### Compensation & Benefits
For this role, the salary range is $160,000-$200,000, with equity ranging from
0.2%-1%. Actual compensation will vary based on skills and experience.
