Responsibilities:
1. Product Leadership:
* Drive product strategy aligned with company goals.
* Define and prioritize roadmap, features, and enhancements.
* Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
2. Development Oversight:
* Lead planning, design, and development of our tech platform.
* Ensure website functionality and performance meet industry standards.
* Collaborate with developers and designers for effective solutions.
3. Team Management:
* Lead outsourced tech team, defining scopes and expectations.
* Foster a collaborative work environment.
* Conduct performance evaluations and mentorship.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support for alignment.
* Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance:
* Establish robust QA processes for product and website reliability.
* Implement testing procedures for issue identification and resolution.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* 4+ years in product management and website development.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Deep understanding of web technologies.
* Experience managing engineering teams.
* Excellent communication and strategic thinking.
* Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
* UX/UI design experience.
* A/B testing and customer feedback implementation.
