At CollectWise, we're automating the highly antiquated and overlooked field of
debt collection with generative AI. We're building autonomous AI Agents that
can collect any-sized debt at the lowest cost and highest recovery rate.
Our vision is to empower a more equitable financial ecosystem by giving
creditors of all sizes the ability to automatically recover their hard-earned
money, while helping debtors pay off their balances with a more empathetic and
personalized approach using AI.
**Role**
We're looking for a CTO / Head of Engineering to lead our product development
and engineering efforts. We're looking for someone who loves building, is very
hands-on, and can quickly ship high-quality software while also leading a team
of engineers as we scale.
So far, we've finished building our MVP, are growing in revenue month over
month, and have raised angel funding. Your job will initially be to further
build out our product and then lead/scale development as we hire more
engineers.
**Qualifications**
1. Experience in our tech stack: React JS, Node JS, Express, and Firebase.
2. Experience with GPT-4, Llama or other LLM APIs.
3. Interest or experience in fintech.
4. Have strong communication and leadership skills.
5. Have significant experience in shipping meaningful products and features in a production environment, either while working at an early-to-growth stage startup or while building your own live products/projects.
