Your day-to-day objectives will involve …
Defining your product area’s vision, business strategy and KPIs, along with
the user journey and corresponding required front-end and back-end product
capabilities/features, and the prioritized roadmap to get there will include…
understanding user needs and pain points (expressed and implicit)
researching competitive and collaborative solutions
participating in deep collaboration with internal teams such as other but not
limited to Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Coherent Sales/GTM teams,
and external customers
rolling up your sleeves, being agile and managing the ambiguity and changing
dynamics of scale-up software company that is expanding into new verticals and
geographies
mentoring others in the product management craft and leading change to improve
our ways of working and processes cross-functionally and globally across teams
What you NEED (required skills) ...
Minimum of 5 -10 years of Product Management experience in a software company
or software solutions delivery team: We need to fill in many open PM roles at
different seniority levels and thus will consider your background for the best
fit!
Ability to thrive and lead productively in a remote/hybrid work environment
with globally distributed teams
B2B enterprise SaaS/SW experience
What we would LIKE (preferred skills)...
Strong data analysis skills to analysis for feature data to inform product
improvements
A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or
closely related field.
Former developer or data professional (e.g. analyst/scientist/engineer/etc.)
Customer facing and tech solutions delivery experience
