**_Remote with Future In-Office Requirement in Frisco, TX (North Dallas
Area)_**

We are seeking a highly experienced **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to
provide strategic oversight and **financial leadership across multiple
verticals, including spirits, restaurant chains, multi-family real estate,
student housing, and a growing med spa chain.** This is a unique opportunity
for a seasoned executive to make a meaningful impact across diverse industries
while helping establish a shared services financial model to support multiple
verticals.

While this position is remote initially, we plan to establish an office in
Frisco, Texas (North Dallas area) later in 2025, with an in-office expectation
of three days a week (Monday and Friday work-from-home). We are only
considering candidates in the Dallas, Texas area who can sync up as business
needs dictate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a shared services financial model to streamline operations across multiple businesses.
* Lead financial modeling, proformas, forecasting, and pitch deck preparation for investors and stakeholders.
* Provide strategic financial oversight for growth initiatives, capital allocation, and profitability optimization.
* Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities.
* Work closely with an external accounting firm for initial bookkeeping, with plans to bring this function in-house later in 2025.
* Establish and optimize financial systems, reporting processes, and risk management strategies.
* Support tax strategy, compliance, and financial structuring across diverse industries.
* Partner with executive teams to drive operational efficiencies and maximize EBITDA.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

* 15+ years of CFO experience or senior financial leadership roles, ideally across multiple industries.
* Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, proformas, pitch decks, and investor presentations.
* Expertise in private equity, venture capital, M&A, and financial restructuring.
* Proven ability to build scalable financial infrastructure in multi-entity organizations.
* Experience in multi-location, franchise, and real estate investment operations.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while transitioning into an office-based role later in 2025.
* Based in Dallas, Texas, with the ability to collaborate in person as the business grows.

* Salary Range is $100,000 - $150,000.
* Cash Bonus Opportunity (based on performance metrics) 10% - 50% of Salary.
