Coblrshop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to join our fast-growing team. As a key leadership role, the CTO will be
instrumental in shaping the technological direction of our company, taking our
product from prototype to MVP and beyond.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and execution of our technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
* Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and business development to integrate business requirements into technology decisions.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders, fostering effective communication and understanding across the organization.
* Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology team.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
* Have a scrappy mindset and comfort leveraging off the shelf solutions instead of building solutions from scratch
**Qualifications**
* Extensive experience in B2B SaaS development and building business management and point of sale software.
* Proven track record of successfully leading technology teams in a startup environment.
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Low-ego attitude with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
* Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of balancing technical excellence with business priorities.
* Experience / familiarity with building AI/MLmodels
