#### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT engineer to join our team at Coalition, Inc.,
focused on automating ITSM platforms and administering cloud-based IT systems
and tools. As a leading cybersecurity company, we prioritize security-first

You will collaborate closely with IT peers and key stakeholder teams,
including IT Helpdesk, Security, Product, Engineering, and HR. Effective

**_This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United
States._**

#### Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues related to IT systems and integrations
* Active contributor within the IT Engineering team responsible for owning and managing business-critical systems and SaaS applications such as Jira, Confluence, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, and more
* Identify and eliminate workflow inefficiencies and manual processes through automation
* Implement technical and process improvements to maintain a security-first environment
* Generate and maintain comprehensive internal and external documentation on processes and workflows
* Contribute to the development of operational metrics to measure success within the team
* Partner with the security team to implement security policies and ensure timely patching of critical vulnerabilities
* Collaborate with compliance teams to support governance, risk, and compliance efforts across the IT organization
* Train and mentor members of the IT Helpdesk, serving as an escalation point for service desk requests

#### Skills and Qualifications

* 3+ years of relevant work experience
* Experience with Atlassian applications such as Jira, Jira Service Manager, Confluence, BitBucket, and popular third-party apps, both in the Cloud and behind the firewall
* Strong experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemas, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
* Hands-on expertise in developing and integrating SaaS applications with corporate systems
* Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and rapid application development
* Extensive experience building, iterating, and supporting complex integrations and automations for SaaS tooling at scale using APIs/SDKs
* Proficiency in developing secure solutions in collaboration with security engineering stakeholders
* Openness to feedback, transparency, and a desire for authentic work relationships
* Familiarity with virtualization technologies and experience with various Cloud providers

**Bonus Points**

* Knowledge of SSH, keystores, security certificates, user and password management, Single-Sign-On integration, and authorization tokens
* Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Bash/Zsh, or Terraform, enabling you to write custom scripts, automate tasks, create API scripts, and simplify repetitive tasks using loops and arrays

**Compensation**

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic
markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our
lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based
on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant
education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience,
credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on
