**Job Overview:**
ClearCare Plus is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Chief Medical
Officer (CMO) to join our executive team. The CMO will play a pivotal role in
overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of medical
care, and driving the strategic direction of our healthcare services. This is

care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
* Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain excellence in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
* Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of medical staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and clinical excellence.
* Ensure effective use of medical technology and integration of advanced healthcare solutions.
* Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
* Represent ClearCare Plus in the medical community and engage in public relations and outreach efforts.
* Provide guidance on medical research, education, and professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
* Board certification in a relevant specialty.
* Valid medical license to practice.
* A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of clinical excellence and leadership in a healthcare setting.
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
* Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in urgent care or primary care settings.
* Background in healthcare, urgent care, and healthcare technology.
* MBA or advanced degree in healthcare administration or management.
