**As our (Senior) Front End Developer (m/f/x) you will be **
* **Working** closely with designers to define and implement great user experiences across web and mobile.
* **Helping** identify and outline improvements and features for our product. Your opinion about our product matters!
* **Participating** in our community of practice, Pair programming, reviewing pull requests- all the good stuff

* Design and develop complex web and mobile applications using modern frameworks (e.g. React, React Native, Ember).
* Willingness to continuously learn and improve, and an eagerness to share knowledge with others.
* Understanding of design systems and UI component libraries.
* Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
* Strong web development skills including HTML/CSS, responsive design, and accessibility.
* Experience in integrating and building front-end components.
* Thorough understanding of software design patterns and how to structure larger web applications.
* Proficient in testing (unit, e2e, integration).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Flexibility and result-oriented performance.
* Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in an agile/dynamic environment.
* Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
* Nice-to-have qualifications: Experience building hybrid or native mobile apps using Capacitor and React Native.
