pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD.** Nearly 10% of American children
are diagnosed with ADHD, and for parents it can feel impossible to get the
right care. We are building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic that delivers
trusted care to all families. Our new clinical model is tech-enabled, backed
by the best science, and has the potential to deliver exceptional health
outcomes to transform a child’s trajectory. In the future, our pediatric care
platform will expand rapidly to other common chronic conditions like asthma,
allergies, and obesity.

two startups to >$100M in ARR and profitability. Our Chief Medical Officer [Dr

larrazabal-7b4a9623/)trained at UCSF and Stanford. Until recently, he was a
Medical Director building specialty care services at Kaiser Permanente.
Earlier, he worked at IDEO.

**We are looking for an experienced product leader to partner with us to
translate our vision into an exceptional product.** This is a highly cross-
functional senior leadership role, reporting to the CEO, that will encompass
all product strategy and roadmap management. You will become an expert on our
diverse users and partner with our team to prioritize the highest impact
features.

**Responsibilities**
* Own the product lifecycle. Provide mission-critical leadership in developing products that help Clarity grow at a fast pace. You are fully involved in research, concept building, validation, design, spec-writing, development, launch, and beyond.
* Build best-in-class product management systems: Including roadmap, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint planning, and other scrum ceremonies
* Lead with a data-driven approach. Be the expert at defining metrics, efficiently gathering data and making product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and qualitative feedback.
* Ability to embrace multiple core users. Part of the challenge of this role is that we have multiple core users - we need to understand and prioritize their needs in a systematic way.
* Drive prioritization and alignment. You understand the importance of making trade-offs in an early-stage environment and know how to navigate and lead prioritization within experienced teams. You think critically, ask the right questions, and communicate trade-offs.
* Build compassion for our community and passion for childhood health. Families are overwhelmed, and providers suffer from burn out - you get it and build products with empathy for all stakeholders. You can’t wait to build the category-defining company.
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
* A track record of owning features and product development end-to-end
* Ability to break down ambiguous problems to well-reasoned, logical and novel solutions.
* Familiarity with scrum and agile methodologies.
* Excellent execution skills, with a bias for action, critical decision-making and an ability to navigate complex problems
* Strong communication skills and proven ability to drive alignment with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Data-driven, with strong proficiency in analytics and experimentation
* Startup experience (Series B or earlier) to demonstrate that you can thrive in our fast-paced environment and efficiently allocate resources
* You love start up life: you are positive, eager to make a difference, comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, effective under extreme pressure and deadlines, curious about many things, and driven to make a huge impact
* Passion for healthcare and the Clarity Pediatrics mission - experience in healthcare is desirable but not required
* Remote, but San Francisco Bay Area highly preferred
**Pay & Benefits**
The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors,
including but not limited to skills and scope required, unique relevant
experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is
$150,000-200,000.
