**TL;DR:** 1099 position (about 5-15 hours a week), based remotely (in the
US). You will be part of our 4-person research team and will lead and oversee
research projects. You will work closely with our CEO and the director of
clinical operations. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, agile
environment.
**About the role**
We are looking for a Principal Investigator with a deep interest in health &
wellness. In this leadership role, you will spearhead cutting-edge research
surrounding supplements, superfoods, cosmetics, and wellness devices. You will
develop research studies, ensure the integrity of study data, and guide our
clients through the study start-up process.
You are perfect for this role if you have extensive research experience as a
PI, and have an interest in the wellness industry.

**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and design various research studies.
* Create and oversee comprehensive clinical study protocols.
* Ensure the ethical creation of consent forms.
* Develop and validate questionnaires and surveys.
* Ensure all research activities align with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and sponsor specifications.
* Collaborate with research and operations teams to set study objectives.
* Conduct and oversee literature reviews.
* Revise and finalize study materials based on feedback.
**Requirements:**
* PhD or DrPharm or MD or DrPH
* 5+ years of experience in leading clinical/medical research.
* Proven track record as a Principal Investigator.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Deep understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical considerations.
* Familiarity with GCP guidelines and other relevant clinical trial regulations.
* Proficiency in conducting and overseeing literature reviews.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to research integrity.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
