**Your mission**

* Support the setup process of our US entity, including registration, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Navigate the initial stages of expansion to ensure a smooth transition as we launch Circunomics in the USA.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Battery Lifecycle Management services in the USA. This includes identifying and targeting new market segments, developing sales and marketing campaigns, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
* Oversee and manage a team of sales, customer success, and account management professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients and the achievement of sales targets.
* Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key players in the battery industry, including manufacturers, recyclers, and other stakeholders, in order to expand the reach and impact of our Battery Lifecycle Management services.
* Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions tailored to the unique needs of the USA market, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
* Drive the growth and expansion of the circular battery trade by promoting the benefits of our services and demonstrating the value of a circular battery economy.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, and adapt our strategies and offerings to remain competitive and compliant in the US market.
* Ensure compliance with EU regulations, data security, and privacy policies to maintain the integrity and security of our clients' data.
* Represent Circunomics as the face of the company in the USA by engaging in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and demonstrate high leadership qualities.
* Develop and maintain a robust performance measurement system to track and analyze the effectiveness of strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with Management and Head of Sales to align strategies, share best practices, and ensure a consistent customer experience across all regions.
* **Your profile**
* Residing in USA (maximum time difference of 4 to 5 hours from the USA East Coast (EST/EDT)
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA, sales, or equivalent in experience.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within the battery industry, executing automotive business, selling high-end technology solutions, preferably in a regional or country-level position.
* Proven experience working with automotive and/or battery players: Mobility OEMs, Tier-1s, system integrators, EV players, Energy Storage Companies, Recyclers, or within the Second Life Market of Lithium-Ion Batteries.
* Experience in managing complex projects and achieving ambitious targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
* Familiarity with EU regulations, data security, and privacy practices.
* Willingness to travel within the US and EU region.
