**Role:**
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to serve as a key player in
both supporting our clients in a technical capacity and contributing to our
product development. This hybrid role is designed for individuals passionate
about technology and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will not
only involve addressing technical queries and issues, but also participating
in feature development and product enhancements.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Customer Support and Technical Assistance: Provide empathetic and effective communication to understand and resolve clients’ technical issues. Utilize troubleshooting and debugging skills to address problems with our product and related payment platforms.
* Feature Development: Contribute to our product’s feature development using VueJS and NodeJS, enhancing our offerings and the user experience.
* Collaboration and Prioritization: Work closely with our engineering team and customers to prioritize and resolve issues promptly. Participate in the development and continuous improvement of our support playbook and product features.
* Learning and Growth: Show a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated with the latest payment and subscription industry trends, practices, and technologies relevant to our tech stack and customer support methodologies.

**Skills to Be Successful:**

* Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a foundation in software development, preferably in VueJS and NodeJS. A knack for troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
* Customer Support Experience: Experience with customer support systems like Linear, Intercom, etc., and an ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
* Product Familiarity: Willingness to deeply understand our product suite, our technology stack, and the payment platforms we integrate with, such as Stripe and Chargebee.
* Empathy and Advocacy: An empathetic approach to customer interactions, with a strong drive to advocate for customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and learning opportunities.
