Situated in the innovative hub of Palo Alto, Chekins is pioneering the future
of B2B travel solutions. We are leveraging avant-garde AI technology and an
innovative platform to redefine business travel experiences. The product is
currently in stealth mode and will be different from our B2C offering

We invite you to join us as our Sales Director. As a pivotal figure joining an
early-stage start-up, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth trajectory
and establishing strong business partnerships. In return for your significant

visionaries who prioritize equity growth over regular monthly compensation and
have the capabilities to behave as business owners rather than plain

Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy and Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive sales
strategy in alignment with company objectives, expanding our market
penetration and B2B client base.
· B2B Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture
enduring partnerships with businesses, ensuring our solutions consistently
meet their evolving needs.
· Market Analysis: Utilize data analytics to understand B2B behavior,
preferences, and market shifts. Use this data to refine sales approaches and
service offerings.
· Partnership Expansion: Spearhead efforts to identify and establish strategic
partnerships within the travel sector, bolstering our reach and reputation.
· Team Leadership: Cultivate a top-tier sales team, endorsing a culture of
collaboration and ingenuity. Mentor team members, ensuring they harness their
maximum potential.
· Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders,
conveying our value proposition and gathering feedback for continuous
improvement.
· Budget Oversight: Administer the sales budget, ensuring optimal resource
allocation for maximized returns.
· Industry Awareness: Remain attuned to industry evolutions, competitor
movements, and novel technologies to ensure our offerings stay ahead of the
curve.
Qualifications:
· Proven Sales Expertise: Established track record as a sales leader in the
travel industry or related B2B technology sectors with unique connections and
access to at least one industry vertical.
· Strategic Orientation: Ability to conceive and execute long-term sales
strategies while tackling immediate challenges.
· Technological Proficiency: Adeptness with travel technology, AI, and
understanding of data-driven sales methods.
· Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to form and maintain business
relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
· Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading diverse, high-performing
sales teams.
· Analytical Prowess: Skill in data interpretation to drive decision-making.
· Communication Excellence: Stellar verbal and written communication
capabilities.
· Adaptability: Fluency in operating within a dynamic, fast-evolving startup
setting.

· Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related discipline
is desired. An MBA or advanced business certification will be advantageous.
