Having secured over $6M in venture capital funding, Ceresa is poised for its
next phase: achieving long-term profitable growth while maintaining our
commitment to transformative impact. The Program Manager will be integral in
propelling Ceresa towards these ambitious goals as the program operations lead
and primary contact for our customer stakeholders. This position will require
close collaboration with internal Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product
teams to continuously enhance the Ceresa experience for impact and engagement.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Effectively project manage planning, implementation, facilitation, and communication of concurrent Ceresa programs. Engage daily with cross-functional collaborators for operational alignment and improvements.
* Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to develop insights, evaluate success, present findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience.
* Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and develop/maintain program enablement materials, processes, and strategies.
* Manage program coordinator and guide program participant support efforts.
* Serve as a feedback loop to product and operations to identify and recommend optimizations based on discussions with and observations from data, participants and partners.
* Sustain interest and awareness of the evolving talent and leadership development landscape.
### **Skills and Qualifications**
* 4+ years in program management, business operations, or management consulting. Experience in talent or corporate partnerships a bonus, but not required.
* Experience taking full ownership over a program cycle or strategic initiative juggling multiple stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities.
* Enthusiastic about data! (collection, analysis, key insights, visualizations)
* Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills, able to dialogue with senior leaders of large organizations.
* Highly organized and process-oriented, with an impeccable attention to detail.
* Nimble, resourceful, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup environment.
