We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to
create visually appealing designs across a variety of mediums. As a Visual
Designer at Catalog, you will play a key role in crafting the visual identity
of our clients' brands, ensuring consistency and quality in all graphic and
branding-related projects.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute creative concepts for product design projects.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
* Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
* Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our work remains fresh and innovative.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Present design concepts and solutions to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
**Experience**
* Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product-related projects.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
* Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and interact with clients.
* Experience working with clients across various industries is a plus.
* Experience in the agency space is a plus.
