**Location:** Eastern Time Zone | Remote

including Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), Assisted Living
Communities (ALCs), and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), supporting diverse
care needs such as dementia and memory care.

**Position Overview:**
Caspar.AI is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join
our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record within
the long-term care industry, live in the Eastern US and be willing to travel
as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Sales & Business Development:**

* Collaborate with the VP of Sales to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, and comprehensive market research.
* Develop and deliver presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of Caspar.AI’s products and services.

**Account Management:**

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Oversee the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

**Key Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the long-term care sector.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
* Basic project management skills, with the ability to oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
* Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
