### **About the Role**

Casetext is looking for a Professional Services Lawyer with at least 2-3 years
of experience in a law firm or in-house environment to join our Reference &
Information Services Group. Your job will be to serve as a subject matter
expert on the Casetext legal research and CoCounsel platforms to deliver
strategic insights on the use of the Casetext legal research and CoCounsel
platforms for customers and internal staff alike. This will entail the
development and delivery of training resources, presentations, and practical
guidance. The ability to quickly adapt to new processes is key. This position
is part of the Reference & Information Services Group, which falls under the
Customer Success Organization. The role will initially report to the Reference
Attorney Manager. This role is entirely remote, but **you must be based in
the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.**

### **As the Professional Services Lawyer You Will:**

* Advise Enterprise customers on how to successfully use CoCounsel to accomplish their business objectives
* Conduct legal research to assist Enterprise customers using the CoCounsel AI and Casetext legal research platform.
* Develop best practices trainings materials and creative use cases for the CoCounsel platform.
* Support production of CoCounsel product briefings and updates for key clients.
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of training programs for Enterprise clients and internal staff.
* Work with Business Development & Sales on the preparation of pitch materials.
* Work with the Marketing and Communications teams to facilitate product marketing.
* Conduct competitive intelligence assessments of the legal technology ecosystem.
* Become a subject matter expert on legal prompt engineering.

### **About You: **

* Juris Doctor and Bar Admission (any jurisdiction) required.
* Minimum of 2-3 years practice experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
* Computer proficient with strong understanding in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Substantial experience using a variety of online legal research and practice tools (e.g. Westlaw, Practical Law, Lexis, Casetext, Relativity, Intelligize, Everlaw, etc.)
* Technical experience is strongly preferred, specifically experience with ChatGPT or Bard is a plus.
* Passion for legal research, writing, and analysis, with uncompromising attention to detail.
* Commitment to knowledge-sharing, efficiency, and excellence in legal work.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills.
* Highly motivated, strategic focus: ability to understand and support company-wide and departmental goals, services, culture and strategy.
* Dependable team player with strong work ethic, creativity and vision who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary Range:** $105-$125K
